Physician Flexibility

Flexible scheduling & paid time off

8 weeks of vacation to start that rapidly increases to 10 weeks, half-day off per week, flexible scheduling, paid parental leave, sick time, bereavement leave, optional availability of extra work or time off, and more

Physician Student Loans

Student loan assistance program

Radiologists and their immediate family members are eligible for discounted student loan refinancing rates from our preferred lending partner. Employer provided subsidy payment to financially assist with student loan repayment is also offer to partnership-track Radiologists

Physician Retirement

Comprehensive retirement benefits

A generous plan is offered to Radiologists designed to maximize tax deferred contributions up to annual IRS limits ($58,000 in 2021).  This includes a combination of profit sharing, safe harbor employer contributions, and traditional 401k. Radiologists can contribute to the 401k feature starting day 1 of employment
