The US Radiology Impact Award program is designed to recognize and reward employees who have gone above and beyond and have had a significant impact – all in support of our mission of making the best of radiology better to improve lives. Award winners are recognized once a quarter and receive a monetary gift.
Tonya Peck
Mammo Tech Lead Trainer, Charlotte Radiology
Tonya encourages, improves and recognizes her team members. She sends encouraging words to commend techs for good work, and shares quality review results so the breast services team can be recognized. Tonya also worked with the QA automation vendor and the ACR standards database to identify best practices for mammo sites nationwide and use them as a benchmark for imaging quality. She helped certify staff into the top 10% in the nation for positioning and compression!

Kristen set the standard for patient care by making sure an elderly patient got home safely after a 6 p.m. CT scan appointment. The patient was on Medicare, had no family or close friends in the area and referring offices had closed for the day. After her scan, Kristen realized the patient had no way home, so she took initiative!
Jennifer Kisluk

Jennifer’s team, with her leadership and coaching, developed the first local site Monthly Operations Report. This report unlocks critical business insights that the local CR management team uses to make decisions across the practice. Her team also reworked their physician’s compensation process and shared this improvement across USRS as a best practice opportunity.
